◆ Q.: How do I get started or place an order with Coredeep?

A.：There are three options for you to choose from:

1. Please send an email to [email protected] and a representative will contact you via e-mail shortly

2. Please fill in the inquiry form in the following address http://www.dental-cd.com/feedback.php or ” inquiry now” button on the left head of every product sheet (For example: http://www.dental-cd.com/displayproudcts.php?tnid=16)

3. Please directly contact Coredeep via telephone 0086-757-83782597 or fax. 0086-757- 83784661.

◆ Q.: Can I place an order online?

A.:  To ensure order accuracy, Coredeep does not offer this option. Because all orders will be manufactured to your specifications, we like to finalize all orders by e-mail or telephone/fax.

◆ Q.: What is normal production time of orders?

A.：   Normally production time of products is from two week to one month depending on the quantity ordered. If you are sourcing a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

◆ Q.: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA) .

A.:     No. We don’t have MOQ and MOA requirement.

◆ Q.: How can I get C&F or CIF price?

A.:       Normally our quotation is based on EX-Work price. Please inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is to look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can delivery your cargo prompt.

◆ Q.: What's the payment term?

A.:     T/T in advance or irrevocable L/C at sight issue by the bank we have certified.

◆ Q.: How can I trust the quality of the merchandise?

A.: Coredeep employs a strong quality-control team who inspects every product before delivery.

Q.: Whether Coredeep can offer me extra business service or not?

A.: Yes, if you want to purchase other products from China or need special services, please feel free to leave us a message or send us email informing what products you need. The more details you give us, the better service we can offer. Try to tell us the specification, reference, function, quantity and also send us the relevant pictures.
